MANAGING DIRECTOR AND FOUNDER
Matt Harris
Matt started his career by winning ‘Broker person of the Year - Young achiever’ at The British Mortgage Awards 2007. He has since gone on to grow 3Sixty Financial Solutions into the forward thinking and conscientious mortgage broker business it is today. Most recently 3Sixty has won the Prestige ‘Mortgage Brokers of the year - Manchester & North West’ award 2 years in a row, ‘Mortgage Broker of the Year 2023 -South Yorkshire’ in the UK Enterprise Awards, as well as being the first winner of the Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Award at the 2022 Primis “Recognising Elite” Awards held at Blenheim Palace.

He’s been practising mortgage advice and protection advice for nearly 20 years, setting up 3Sixty Financial Solutions in 2008. Known for his industry expertise, great customer service and friendly manner, Matt has a reputation for going above and beyond to provide his clients with the best possible expertise, often negotiating with lenders to look outside of standard criteria. Offering mortgage advice in Sheffield but covering the whole of the UK, Matt has clients all over the world. His vision is to continue to grow 3Sixty Financial Solutions and provide the highest standard of service and reliable advice to his clients.
Matt likes to be busy, always has a DIY project on the go and loves his weekends away with the family in their camper van.
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Rachel Harris
Being married to Matt, Rachel has been 3Sixty's biggest supporter since it all began back in 2008. She previously worked in Marketing for brands including the NEC Group, Selfridges and the Arcadia Group. She then moved into primary education as a class teacher and senior leader. Rachel now works for the family business and is responsible for Human Resources as well as working to continuously improve quality, productivity and efficiency within the business.
Rachel is known for her positive outlook in life and for keeping the team happy and healthy!
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Gareth Brown
Gareth is a University friend of both Matt and Rachel and has been with 3Sixty since 2015 taking on his current role in 2019. Prior to this Gareth spent seven years as an International TV Executive and Regional Manager of Endemol Worldwide Brands at Endemol’s Head office in Amsterdam, before returning to the UK and to 3Sixty.
As a small portfolio landlord Gareth understands the world of property and mortgages from both sides. Using his knowledge and skills from previous roles Gareth’s goal is to maintain 3Sixty’s high standards and levels of customer satisfaction by supporting the team however he can and looking for innovative ways to make our customers experience with 3Sixty be the best it can be.
If he’s not working or maintaining his properties his passion for travel, board sports and motorcycling keep him constantly on the move.
SENIOR PROTECTION adviser
Kate Adams
Born in Cardiff, South Wales Kate worked as a Membership and Operations manager at Emirates Golf Club, as well as an Events manager in Abu Dhabi. Kate has a passion for property and interior design and is always searching for inspiration whenever and wherever she can.
Kate trained as a Protection Adviser under Matt’s mentorship and advises on Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover
Taking up golf at a young age she was lucky enough to play professionally on the Ladies European tour which gave her the opportunity to see the world. She’s also a qualified Dance Instructor and loves Yoga and fitness. When she finds the time, you’ll find Kate walking the beautiful scenery and countryside of the Peaks.

Mark Wilson
Mark is Sheffield born and raised and graduated from Tapton 6th Form College before completing his degree in Zoology and Marine zoology at the University of Bangor.
Having held previous roles as a Landscape gardener, an Assistant brewer and in IT support he began pursuing a career in the Finance sector and became a qualified Accounting Technician in 2021 before landing a role in our Case Management team.
Mark continues a family tradition of being keen home brewers. He enjoys playing the guitar (poorly), fixing his car, restoring old games consoles and tackling DIY projects about the home whenever the opportunity allows.

Ellie Clarkson
Ellie Joined the team in July 2022 after graduating in LLB Law from Sheffield Hallam University.
It was during her degree and working with prisoner welfare that she discovered her passion for helping others. It was Ellie’s empathy, confidence and warm character along with her natural drive for positive outcomes that made her a great fit for this role.
Ellie has progressed on to become our Admin Team Leader and is currently studying her CeMaps as part of her career progression.
Unsurprisingly Ellie enjoys watching Crime Documentaries as well as going to the gym, she’s also a little bit accident prone.

Carla Davis
Along with over 20 years’ experience in customer service roles Carla’s spirited and bright personality made her a great fit for our team. Previously Carla worked as a Team manager for a major cosmetics brand which complimented her interest in shoes and fashion.
With a determined work attitude to get results, Carla now supports the Advisers by following up with GPs and Life insurance providers to ensure your protection applications run smoothly and your cover get’s put in place correctly accurately, and in a timely manner.
Carla’s other passions include being a mum to her two daughters, travelling, fine wine and dining.

Bertie Hinson
A keen sportsman and fan of the outdoors Bertie is an Economics graduate from Sheffield University. Originally from Northumberland, after graduating in 2022 Bertie wanted to remain in Sheffield and accepted one of the two graduate Paraplanner positions at 3Sixty. In 2023 Bertie passed his CeMap exams with flying colours and is now on the final pathway to becoming a full qualified Adviser under Matt’s mentorship.
Rugby, golf, running, cycling and climbing are some of his main interests, and when he’s not taking part, he will almost certainly be watching one of them when he can indulge in one of his other interests, coffee and beer.
Bertie says he is a determined and competitive individual who likes working in a team and taking on big challenges which we hope to provide him with as he continues his career here at 3Sixty.
